WHtR Definition

Waist-to-height ratio is defined as the ratio of waist circumference to height, both measured in the same units.

WHtR = Waist ÷ Height ; both values in the same unit.

Measure waist size

Find the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs. Breathe out normally. Place the tape measure midway between these points and wrap it around your waist.
