The classification of body weight for babies and children up to 5 years of age is carried out according to the average values determined by the WHO. The entered weight is classified according to age and gender in deviation ranges from the mean value. Three ranges of deviation are distinguished: σ, 2σ and 3σ. The following applies to the ranges:
